CalViva Health was honored with the National Community Action Corporate Partnership Award! Our team traveled all the way to New York City to accept this distinguished award and is honored to have been recognized for our support of the local community! Thank you to Kings Community Action Organization for nominating us and sharing our community work on the national stage! We are humbled by this award and excited to continue partnering with local agencies to create a healthy community.

Partnering with faith-based organizations to educate future healthcare workers
Healthy communities require more than just health care. CalViva Health promotes whole-person wellness and is honored to support the work of Image Church and their CNA Training Center. Together, we are empowering others to achieve wellness.
CalViva donates 26,000 books to fill 600 classroom bookshelves
In early August, CalViva Health was thrilled to partner with Reading Heart to host the 2nd Annual Teacher’s Library Event. More than 600 teachers attended and filled their classroom bookshelves with grade-appropriate books for their students! We gave away 26,000 books to local educators, helping them promote literacy and develop motivated, engaged readers to be critical thinkers.
CalViva made Back2School a homerun for more than 2,000 students
CalViva Health made the back-to-school season a homerun this year by giving away 2,000 backpacks filled with school supplies at the Fresno Grizzlies game on Saturday, August 6 at Chukchansi Park. In addition to the backpacks, CalViva Health also distributed 2,000 vouchers to local nonprofits, ensuring that kids in most need of backpacks and school supplies were present at the game. The event was a homerun for all!
Proud to partner with Fresno PAL and its FREE boxing program in Romain Park
CalViva Health is proud to sponsor Fresno PAL and its FREE boxing program in Romain Park! The boxing facility opened its doors in June and provides kids with safe and fun recreational opportunities, which keep them engaged and inspired to make positive lifestyle choices. What a great day to celebrate the opening of this wonderful boxing facility for our local youth. All kids are welcomed to participate FREE of charge. What a special program! Thank you, Fresno PAL.
