It was an honor and a privilege to award scholarships at the 31st annual African American High School Graduation Ceremony. We extend a heartfelt congratulations to the Class of 2024 on their remarkable accomplishments and look forward to their future success.
The event was made even more special by the presence of our partner and Founder of Reading Heart, Danay Ferguson, who joined in the celebrations at the commencement.

Celebrating Future Healthcare Leaders at the CalViva Health Scholarship Luncheon
CalViva Health was delighted to host a celebratory luncheon for our scholarship recipients from Fresno State. These dedicated students, all pursuing degrees in healthcare, joined us for a wonderful gathering. It was an honor to spend time with them and to discuss the significant impact these scholarships will have on their educational journeys.

Empowering Youth: CalViva Health at the Health Youth Corps Showcase
CalViva Health proudly participated in the Fresno County Superintendent of Schools’ annual Health Youth Corps Showcase. This event celebrates the achievements of high school students in the Health Youth Corps, a program dedicated to educating and empowering youth to understand and address the social determinants of health. Students learn to be ambassadors amongst their peers and assist in building capacity for schools to improve health outcomes for their students.

CalViva Health received the Steptember 2023 award from United Cerebral Palsy, reflecting our commitment to fostering community health and wellness. UCPCC’s Steptember challenge aims to raise funds and awareness for cerebral palsy, a condition that affects upwards of 1 million people.
